Terms of Service

Scope

These terms set the conditions of use between the Service's operator (named at the end) and everyone who uses the Service ("you"). The Privacy Policy also forms part of these terms.

Account

Using the Service requires an account. Registration verifies you through a link sent to the email address you enter; there are no passwords. Please register with accurate information and keep control of your email address yourself.

Using the Service

The Service provides a board for keeping your plan, and lets an AI you connect (such as Claude) read and write it. Issuing and managing your connection URL is your responsibility. Anyone who holds a connection URL can write to your board, so revoke it promptly if you suspect it has leaked.

License to use

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service in accordance with these terms. This license is granted to you personally. Using the Service from more than one device is fine, but a single account may not be shared and used by more than one person. The Service, and the software, trademarks, design, and other intellectual property used to provide it, belong to us or their rightful owners. Beyond what is needed to use the Service, these terms transfer to you no rights in them; the handling of your own content is covered by "Your content".

Prohibited conduct

When using the Service, the following are prohibited: anything unlawful or against public order; impersonating others or infringing others' rights (intellectual property, privacy, and the like); placing excessive load on the Service or its servers, or accessing them improperly; using the Service to relay harmful or unlawful instructions to a connected AI; sharing, lending, or letting a third party use your account; and anything else that interferes with operating the Service.

Your content

Content written to the board (plans, goals, moves, decisions, and so on) belongs to you. The Service stores and processes it only as needed to provide and maintain the Service; handling follows the Privacy Policy. We make efforts to preserve your data but do not guarantee that it can be restored. You can export your data at any time, so please also export and keep your own copy as needed.

About AI output

In the Service, an AI you connect writes text onto the board. The Service does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or legality of what the AI generates or presents. For legal, tax, and financial matters especially, treat the AI's output as guidance, make the final decision yourself, and consult a professional where needed. The Service is not responsible for the results of decisions or actions based on AI output.

Fees

Use of the free plan is free of charge. For a paid plan, the price, payment method, and billing timing are shown at sign-up and in the Notice under the Specified Commercial Transactions Act. Data you enter on the free plan remains available to use and export after any move to a paid plan. Unless cancelled, a paid plan renews automatically on the corresponding day of each period, and a fee is charged on each renewal. If we introduce a new fee or change a price, we will announce it before the renewal date. If payment cannot be confirmed, we may suspend the Service.

Chargebacks and refunds on account removal

If a chargeback (a reversal of payment through the card issuer or the like) is made, we may suspend the part of the Service that corresponds to that payment. In addition, where we suspend or delete an account because the user has breached these terms, we may, at our discretion, refund an amount corresponding to the unused period.

Changes, interruption, and termination

The Service is under continuing development, and its content may be changed, added to, interrupted, or terminated without prior notice. It may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, defects, or failures of external services.

No warranty and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" and does not guarantee fitness for a particular purpose, availability, accuracy, or preservation of data. Except in cases of the operator's intent or gross negligence, the operator is not liable for damages arising from use or inability to use the Service. Even where the operator is liable, liability is — except in cases of the operator's intent or gross negligence — limited to direct and ordinary damages and does not include lost profits or indirect damages.

Cap on liability

For users on a paid plan, our total liability for damages relating to the Service is — except in cases of our intent or gross negligence — limited to the amount we received from that user in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the damages. Where you qualify as a consumer under Japan's Consumer Contract Act, the provisions of these terms that limit our liability apply only to the extent they are not void under that Act, and do not wholly exclude our liability for damages caused by our intent or gross negligence.

Suspension and closing your account

If you breach these terms, the Service may suspend or delete your account's use without prior notice. You may delete your account and leave at any time. Handling of data after you leave follows the Privacy Policy.

Governing law and discussion

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. If a dispute arises regarding the Service, we will first seek to resolve it through good-faith discussion. Where discussion does not resolve it, jurisdiction lies with the court for the operator's location, to the extent not contrary to the Consumer Contract Act or other mandatory law.

Japanese and English versions

The Japanese version of these terms is the original; the English version is a translation. If the two differ, the Japanese version governs.

Changes to these terms

The Service may change these terms as needed. When it does, it will post the updated content and the effective date on this page before that effective date. For changes that significantly affect users, it will give notice a reasonable time in advance, on this page or by other appropriate means. If you use the Service on or after the effective date, you are deemed to have agreed to the updated terms.

Cancellation and refunds

Within 14 days of your purchase we refund it in full, for any reason — no conditions and no exceptions. If you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you are not billed again.
